Jérôme Lagesse is the Managing Director of La Paz Group Europe. His most recent assignments includes business planning for several of the firm’s Clients and the development of a nomadic hospitality brand (now in launch mode) whose business model integrates an adaptation of the Destination Club model. Previous experiences include the development of the hospitality side of LGS Group of companies, a family owned business based in Mauritius, the creation of LGS Hotels Ltd, owner of a "Boutique” Hotel in the northern part of the Island, and the development of LGS Leisure Ltd, a management company specialized in private villas and "Boutique” Hotels management..

Other luxury hospitality organizations he worked for include: Beachcomber Hotels and the Warwick Champs Elysée in Paris. In addition to hospitality development and operations management, Jerome has hands on experience in real estate operations. He earned an MBA degree from EM Lyon Business School as well as a BS(c) in International Hotel Management from CMH Paris. Jerome is fluent in French, English, and Mauritian Creole; he also has good understanding of Spanish.
