La Paz Group was contracted by UNDP and RBF to develop the Strategic Framework For Sustainable Tourism Development. Working with government officials, non-profit organizations/agencies, community leaders, and NGOs, La Paz Group facilitated among stakeholders in the planning process across the Northern and Central regions of the Republic. La Paz Group designed a suitable market-oriented conservation charter to reflect the economic value and strategic opportunity for sustainable tourism development associated with this country’s remarkable natural environment and cultural patrimony. The Framework was adopted into law in September 2004.
