He has consulted for the Ministries of Tourism of France, Morocco, Tunisia, Brazil and Mexico, and major corporations such as Accor, Ritz-Carlton, Raffles, Le Méridien, Regent, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and Bulgari. He is also the Founder and President of Aspen Spa Management, a consultancy that has contributed to the redefining of the standards of the spa industry. His hands-on expertise in fitness, spa treatments, and alternative medicines give him a unique holistic perspective.

Raoul has been quoted and has written about the spa business for major news media and trade publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Hotel Magazine, and Spa Management. In addition, he is a key note speaker at spa conferences and lecture circuits around the world. He graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Management.
